Constitution and Rules

Below you will find our Constitution and our Rules. These documents explain how the Association is run, your rights as a member, and how we expect everyone to behave to keep our park a friendly place to live.

* You can download them as PDF files using the links below.
* If you are unable to download them or would prefer a physical version, please just ask a member of the Committee. We are happy to provide a paper copy to anyone who needs one.

Important information about changes:

Both the Constitution and the Code of Conduct can be changed to make sure they stay up to date. However, no policy changes can be made without a fair vote. Any updates must reflect the decisions made by members at a meeting. This ensures that you always have the final say in how our Association is governed.
