Dunton Park Resident's Association AGM is in the club hall on Tuesday 11 March 2025. Doors open at 6.30pm for a 7pm start.

The meeting will be followed by complimentary drinks.

• Any member can stand as a committee member.
• Current committee members or members of the association who'd like to become a committee member should submitt their name and two nominees by the closing date 10 February 2025.

At an AGM, members elect the committee for the next year. We normally do that as a show of hands to elect everyone who has put themselves forward as a batch. However, if there are more than 10 people standing we would need to arrange a secret ballot on the night and the 10 with the most votes would be elected (10 is the maximum permitted under our constitution).
