Dunton Community Association represents the houses on Lower Dunton Road.

They are putting leaflets through doors on our site which, although well-meaning, they have alarmed some residents.

They're as keen as we are to try and stop a mass of development in our area and they're just trying to motivate people to have their say with the council before the deadline next week.

However, the bit at the bottom where it says residents of Dunton Park could be 'displaced' has worried some people. We're sure this wasn't deliberate - they're a nice bunch at the Dunton Community Association. However, they're probably unaware that our site is now fully residential rather than holiday homes - and residential sites have protected status (which holiday sites don't).

If anyone asks you about this leaflet please reassure them. Thanks.
