Gas Bottles Warning

Please be aware that depending on who delivers your gas bottles, some drivers have been leaving the valves closed. If that happens, when your in‑use bottle runs out, the system won’t automatically switch over.
We had this issue on New Year’s Eve — the bottle flipped while the valve was still closed, air got into the system, and the boiler went into fault mode. Sometimes a simple reset won’t fix it, and you may need to purge the air out. Ours didn’t clear until the next day.
If you can, always double‑check that the new bottle’s valve has been left open, or ask the driver to confirm it.
