We're aware some people are receiving bills from Regency following the 2023 pitch fee dispute.

They are also getting notification of the April 2024 increase of 4%, payable from October 2024.

We haven't had ours yet, but we've seen a few other people's and we've already spotted errors which we feel invalidates the notices.

Can we suggest people hold fire and take no action on either of these matters. We just need a few days to work out the best approach and then we'll issue more detailed advice.

Separately, we're also aware that some people who weren't part of the pitch fee tribunal case have received letters as if they were.

We are just writing a template letter for you to use, so if you're in that cohort, it will be available later today.
