Over the past week we’ve had some really constructive discussions with the new team at head office, and we’re getting a genuinely good feeling about the next phase for Dunton Park. The new team are amicable and friendly and have good customer facing backgrounds, and there’s a clear shift in attitude that makes it feel like they’re ready to tackle the issues we’ve all been dealing with.

As part of this new approach, the RA will be putting together a full, clear list of all site issues and anything that’s bothering residents. They’ve agreed to give us proper responses by 25 September, which is a really encouraging sign.

We’re already aware of most of the common problems on site - staffing, bins, maintenance and so on - but you’re welcome to email us at [email protected] if there’s anything you’d like added to the list.

It feels like we’re finally moving into a more positive, collaborative phase, and we’re hopeful this will lead to real improvements for everyone on the park and of course the business too.
