When Regency took over this site (and 25 others) there were a mountain of legacy issues left over from the previous owners who did very little.

The new owners are workiing through all these issues. Not everything will happen overnight but rest assured the office are working to get things put right.

As an example, 7 Bulphan has been empty for some time and everyone agrees, now looks a mess. We can confirm this will be demolised and the land cleared ready for a new home in the coming weeks. Another thing off a very long list.
