As many of you know, the Residents’ Association is currently facing some significant challenges in our dealings with Regency Living, and we’re completely overwhelmed with major issues on top of our usual commitments.

We are managing multiple tribunal cases and are also taking formal action regarding the site’s Fit and Proper Person, which unfortunately means much of our Christmas period will be taken up with paperwork.

Please bear with us if we’re a little slower than usual in responding to other matters.

We’re aware that many of you have received official notices about hedge heights and have asked us for a second opinion. We will get to these as soon as we can. However, we must ask that if you need to contact us, please email the RA main account [email protected] - Thank you for your patience and understanding.
