Here's the facts.
Whilst the site is not actually up for sale as we speak, it’s publicly known that Ambassador Group, which operates Regency Living, was never intended to be a long-term operator. Their finance company has informed shareholders that agents have been appointed to assess whether market conditions are suitable for a sale. That’s not the same as saying the site is currently for sale, but it does signal their intentions. The report also says they are chasing “value enhancement”. This is a common term in the industry to mean streamlining costs to make a sale more attractive. Make of that what you will but this is clearly not 'speculation' as the company insists.
