Regency is introducing updated site rules across its parks, especially where existing rules are outdated.

Residents will have received a formal consultation on this and must comment within 28 days if there is anything you are not keen on.

The RA has reviewed the proposals. Many are sensible updates, some simply copied from previous rules. For example, banning drones over homes seems reasonable.

However, one major change took us by surprise - the shift from a strict no-pets policy (except for assistance animals) to now allowing up to two dogs/cats per household!

We believe this change could have a significant impact on the peaceful environment that residents value and likely chose to live here for.

It is imperative that residents respond to this proposal. If you want to avoid the site being full of yapping, howling pets and poo everywhere, make sure you have your say using the form provided.
