Romford Races – Final Arrangements

Tuesday 14 October which is now sold out.

Please gather in the hall from 12:15pm.

When the coach arrives, those using walking aids will board first. The front few rows are reserved for guests with limited mobility.

Everyone else will be invited to board after. There are more seats on the coach than people going so there won't be any issues getting seated.

We aim to leave the site at 12:45pm, arriving at Romford Stadium in time for the 1:30pm opening.
A table plan is attached so everyone knows where they’ll be seated. The venue will be busy on the day because another large group (Laindon Activity Centre) is also attending. Because of this, we’ve been allocated specific tables - it's not a free for all.

A three-course lunch is included, and there will be table service for the tote.

Please note: bets are cash only, as the venue does not accept cards.
