Some of you have expressed concern over the dry meadow and fire risk implications. Whilst the meadow doesn't belong to Regency and neither the company or the association have any powers over that land, we have written to the land owner to ask them to cut back.

Subject: Urgent Safety Concern – Overgrown Land Adjacent to Dunton Park

Dear Mr Hayward,

I’m writing in my capacity as Secretary of the Dunton Park Residents’ Association regarding the condition of the land south of the Dunton Park mobile site, off Lower Dunton Road.

The area is significantly overgrown with dry grass, posing a serious fire risk - particularly as it borders the mobile homes within our residential park. Given the current weather conditions and proximity to homes, this is a pressing safety issue that requires prompt attention.

We would appreciate it if you could arrange for the meadow to be cut back as soon as possible to mitigate the risk.

Kind regards,

James
