Just a reminder, we all need to fill in a works autherisation form (available from the office) if we're planning on doing works, additions, alterations or replacements to out pitch. The landlord can't unreasonably refuse works. However, they can flag up if works will breach site licence conditions.
As an example, fences and hedges that form the boundary between adjacent homes can only be a maximum of one (1) metre high.
